Forklift Operator Job at Lyneer Staffing Solutions in Houston

We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our logistics client's warehouse operations in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have proven forklift experience and a commitment to safety and efficiency in a warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down, stand-up, and reach forklifts safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and shipping containers
• Move materials to and from storage areas, loading docks, and production areas
• Stack and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Perform cycle counts and inventory management tasks
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
• Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company safety protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation of material movements
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
• Ensure proper handling of fragile or hazardous materials

Requirements

• Valid forklift certification
• **Bilingual in English and Spanish is a huge plus**
• Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong spatial awareness and depth perception
• Excellent attention to detail and safety consciousness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay and Shift:

• All shifts available (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift)
