Lead and manage multiple initiatives related to risk and other internal team objectives for Global Banking. Perform project management responsibilities relating to Information Technology implementations, upgrades, and conversions. Manage multiple projects or a single major project while ensuring timely communication of project status. Collaborate with Program and Project Managers to create business requirements for technology solutions. Assess and advise on improving project management processes and methodologies throughout project timelines. What's Needed?
Proven experience in project management with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong understanding of Agile methodology and formal project management practices. Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with senior management and stakeholders. Ability to motivate project teams and build cooperative working relationships. Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Project, Excel, and Outlook. What's in it for me?
