As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jim Tom - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Prospect and initiate new business sales while building business referral relationships We will train you for any of the above, selling or the ability to persuade is the #1 ability we are looking to cultivate QUALIFICATIONS
Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in similar role Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and coachable Possess a genuine and willingness to learn and be coachable Persuasive personality Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred. Willingness to engage in sales conversations Illinois P&C & L&H Insurance Licenses (must possess or able to acquire asap) WE OFFER
Base Comp (doe) Incentive bonus based on production PTO (paid time off) Profit Sharing Plan Training and Development Professional office work environment Total overall comp is determined by background, education, licenses, experience, and skillset State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. Compensación: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, y Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Chicago, 60618 (North Center). Our office is open Mon-Fri - 9am-5pm. I have been a State Farm agent since 1989. Additional languages spoken: Spanish y Cantonese
