Customer Relations Rep-State Farm Agent Team Member Considered candidate will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the continued growth of a successful insurance agency. Responsibilities: Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Current or recent insurance customer service/sales experience preferred. HS diploma or GED Insurance Licenses (Property & Casualty and Life & Health) must possess or acquire asap Note: This opportunity is with a Chicago (north center) State Farm Insurance Agency, not State Farm Insurance Companies.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
