Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Production Workers. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling parts on the paint-line, ensuring they pass through the painter and dryer, and subsequently taking them off the hooks to stack in shipping carts. This role requires the ability to consistently lift 10-30 pounds.
Responsibilities
Hang parts on hooks for painting and drying processes.
Remove parts from hooks and stack them in shipping carts.
Consistently lift and manage weights ranging from 10-30 pounds.
Essential Skills
General labor experience
Production and manufacturing knowledge
Ability to perform consistent lifting
Experience with paint line and paint spraying
Additional Skills & Qualifications
6 months of consistent work history in the past 12 months.
Ability to stand on feet for 8 to 10 hours at a time.
Experience in a construction or customer service environment is beneficial.

Work Environment
This position is located in a manufacturing environment within a small community, with around 100 employees. The work hours are from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM on the first shift. The dress code includes wearing jeans, a shirt or sweatshirt, and steel-toed boots. The company provides personal protective equipment, though special safety glasses must be provided by the employee if needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fountain, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
