Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated general laborers/production workers for the 1st shift. This role involves engaging in various tasks to support production operations efficiently.
Responsibilities
Understand and follow training for the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for each task.
Lift materials, place hooks for powder coating, and/or shot-blast operations using electric chain falls.
Stand on a 47” high platform to guide the assembly onto load bars for Powder coating and/or shot blast operations, utilizing fall prevention equipment.
Use dual-action sanders to debur and clean debris from parts.
Mark parts using handheld dot peen or inkjet printers.
Measure parts and record data using micrometers, calipers, and tape measures.
Move parts using manual pallet jacks.
Package parts using manual banding equipment.
Assist machine operators with material placement and part removal (note: temp employees will not operate machines).
Perform housekeeping duties including sweeping and cleaning the workstation.
Essential Skills
Recent manufacturing experience.
Ability to lift 50lbs.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Reliable and able to take verbal instruction.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
US Citizen.
Previous experience in an industrial environment.
Ability to work 1st shift.
Work Environment
Work is conducted in an open industrial building. Shifts available are 1st shift from 7 AM to 3 PM and 2nd shift from 2 PM to 10 PM.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
