Job Description
Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and objectives. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues or delays. Enforce compliance with DSA (Division of the State Architect) standards and regulations. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and change orders. Lead and mentor on-site teams to promote a positive and productive work environment. Ensure all safety protocols are followed to maintain a secure job site. The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Superintendent - DSA Construction should have:
Proven experience in managing construction projects, particularly DSA-regulated projects. Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and regulations. Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical documents. Problem-solving skills to address and resolve project challenges promptly. Familiarity with construction project management software is a plus. What's on Offer
