Job Description
Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, ensuring compliance with OSHPD requirements. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to meet project objectives. Oversee site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with regulations. Address and resolve project-related issues promptly to maintain progress. Prepare regular reports and updates for clients and senior management. Foster strong working relationships with all project stakeholders to ensure seamless communication. Ensure all projects adhere to local, state, and federal construction standards. A successful Construction Project Manager OSHPD should have:
Proven experience in managing healthcare building and construction projects. Strong knowledge of OSHPD regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively. Familiarity with construction project management tools and software.
