Customer Account Specialist Pay:

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM, with overtime as needed
Overview We are seeking
two Customer Account Specialists
to manage key accounts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on providing excellent service, coordinating orders, and building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities Handle assigned customer accounts, ensuring accurate order processing and timely communication. Develop strong relationships with buyers and decision-makers, addressing issues and identifying opportunities. Prepare quotes and proposals, ensuring all pricing and order details are accurate. Monitor account activity, track performance, and provide data to support business decisions. Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and ERP systems. Qualifications
5+ years of customer service or account management experience, ideally in a manufacturing or technical setting. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms. Knowledge of production processes or engineered solutions is a plus. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Work Environment Combination of office and manufacturing floor, with exposure to industrial equipment, noise, and varying temperatures.
