Job Description
The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for: Project Management: Oversee and lead this 3 year long project from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Preconstruction/Project Planning: Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to develop detailed project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Design-Build: Work closely with the design team to develop innovative and cost-effective design solutions, ensuring compliance with client requirements and building codes. Construction Management: Direct and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality control, and timely project delivery. General Contracting: Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and resolution of issues. Self Perform Capabilities: Oversee and supervise in-house construction activities, leveraging self-perform capabilities to enhance project efficiency and quality.

The Successful Applicant
The ideal Construction Project Manager will have:
5-8 years of Project Management experience leading their own project Commercial or Mixed-Use project experience Soft Skills **great communicator, be able to interact/ communicate with clients** A passion for commercial real estate Civil Engineering background, contractor or developer Skilled in AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Blue beam, Procore, P6, BIM/VDC The ability to work On-Site Daily What's on Offer
The Construction Project Manager will receive:
