Overview We are seeking an experienced and proactive Scrum Master to lead Agile teams through the successful delivery of high-impact projects. This role requires a deep understanding of Scrum and Agile principles, excellent facilitation skills, and a strong focus on team empowerment and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. Serve as a coach and mentor to the team on Agile values, principles, and best practices. Identify and remove impediments to the teams progress, fostering a self-organizing environment. Maintain visibility into the teams progress using tools like JIRA, ensuring transparency for all stakeholders. Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog and ensure clear, actionable user stories. Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions to maintain focus and velocity. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and continuous feedback. Drive continuous improvement by leveraging Agile metrics and implementing feedback loops. Support cross-team coordination and manage dependencies across multiple teams and functions. Promote and uphold Agile values across the organization, acting as a servant leader and Agile advocate.
