Overview
Serve as a servant-leader for two mobile Scrum teams, helping them deliver high-quality, scalable mobile solutions. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions. Support and coach Product Owners and team members on Agile best practices, ensuring effective backlog management and prioritization. Promote the “shift left” concept by encouraging early testing, quality assurance, and proactive risk management within the teams. Remove impediments, protect teams from external distractions, and foster a collaborative environment that promotes transparency and accountability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Track and report on team performance metrics, velocity, and delivery progress to senior leadership. Mentor junior Scrum Masters and team members, fostering growth and continuous improvement. Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting mobile development teams, preferably in large-scale, enterprise settings. Proven success working with mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and familiarity with mobile development lifecycle. Strong understanding of Agile principles, especially Scrum, and experience implementing “shift left” practices. Prior experience in tech-forward organizations with complex, multi-team projects. Excellent facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Scrum Master certification (CSM, CSP, or equivalent) required. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and advocate for Agile best practices across teams and management. Seniority level
