Saginaw, Texas , to find an experienced
Commercial Roofing Sales Representative . This is an exciting opportunity to join an industry leader known for tackling complex, high-value commercial and industrial roofing projects across the country-including new construction, reroofing, waterproofing, and historical restoration.

What You'll Do: Identify and pursue new commercial roofing sales opportunities through cold outreach, referrals, and industry networking Conduct thorough site inspections to assess project needs and present tailored roofing solutions Create professional, detailed proposals including scopes, timelines, and pricing Present and negotiate contract terms with property owners, facility managers, and contractors Act as the main client liaison throughout the sales process and project lifecycle Collaborate with estimators, project managers, and field teams to ensure smooth hand-offs and project delivery Stay current on roofing systems (TPO, PVC, metal, etc.), codes, and market trends What We're Looking For:
Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within the commercial roofing or construction industry Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and ability to communicate technical solutions clearly Skilled in prospecting, client presentations, contract negotiation, and CRM tracking Ability to read blueprints and evaluate job site specifications Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven with excellent communication skills Preferred Experience:
3-5+ years of experience in commercial roofing sales Familiarity with restoration, reroofing, or insurance-related commercial roofing work Experience working with general contractors, property managers, and national accounts Proficiency in CRM software and estimating tools
