Job Description

Key responsibilities of the Project Manager - Commercial Ground Up include:

Lead commercial ground-up building and construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule targets are met throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. Coordinate design teams, subcontractors, and internal staff to deliver seamless project execution. Manage cost control, forecasting, and risk management throughout all phases. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Drive project documentation, reporting, and compliance with company standards and local regulations. Proven experience managing commercial ground-up building and construction projects from start to finish.
