Job Description
Lead large-scale ground-up projects ($20M-$100M+) across commercial, light industrial, and multifamily sectors from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and contracts, ensuring financial control and timely delivery. Oversee and mentor project teams, including Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors, fostering accountability and professional growth. Serve as the primary client liaison, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction at every stage. Monitor project execution through site visits to verify quality, safety, and adherence to design specifications. Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues proactively to keep projects aligned with goals. The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have
10+ years of experience
managing large-scale ground-up projects ($20M-$100M+) with a
general contractor , ideally across commercial, light industrial, or multifamily sectors. They will be highly skilled in
budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and risk management , with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Strong
leadership and mentoring abilities
are essential, as this role involves guiding project teams and fostering professional development. The ideal candidate will be
strategic, detail-oriented, and client-focused , with excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships. Personally, they should be
collaborative, proactive, and growth-minded , thriving in a fast-paced, employee-owned environment that values innovation and career progression.
