Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for measuring and cutting industrial belts to precise specifications using tape measures and other measuring tools. You will assemble belt kits using hand tools and follow detailed work instructions. Additionally, you will lay out belts on work tables, inspect materials for quality and accuracy, and prepare completed belt kits for packaging and shipment. Maintaining a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols is essential. Collaboration with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and timelines is also a key aspect of this role.
Responsibilities

Assemble belt kits using hand tools.
Follow detailed work instructions.
Lay out belts on work tables and inspect materials for quality and accuracy.
Prepare completed belt kits for packaging and shipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Essential Skills
Experience in a production or warehouse environment.
Ability to read a tape measure and utilize hand tools.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Urbandale, Iowa
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
