The ERP Applications Analyst will own and administer our Infor ERP system. This includes leading the upcoming migration project to advance us from SX.e to CSD, ensuring all of the configurations, integrations, and relevant security precautions are optimized for the business needs, and managing vendor relationships. This role will also need to partner with internal stakeholders to improve processes and drive adoption through training, documentation, and change management.

Responsibilities

Lead SX.e to CSD Migration : Oversee project planning, risk/issue tracking, cutover readiness, executive updates, data migration/validation, training, testing strategy, and sign-off. ERP Ownership (Infor CSD) : Serve as product owner (roadmap, backlog, adoption, value). Align ERP configurations/integrations with business goals; optimize processes for Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory & Costing. Govern roles/permissions, master data, audit controls. Configure/maintain pricing records and special pricing agreements. Manage EDI onboarding, testing, mapping, and failure resolution. Vendor & Partner Management : Manage ERP support partner (scope, SOWs, SLAs, backlog). Coordinate with internal teams, Infor support, and other vendors (e.g., shipping, EDI). Process Improvement : Identify and document pain points via shadowing, interviews, and data analysis. Map current vs. future workflows, document options, and prioritize improvements (impact, effort, risk, urgency). Pilot and implement changes, draft acceptance criteria, configure/test, coordinate UAT, and prepare SOPs/training. Manage change with communications, super user enablement, and adoption tracking. Change Management & Enablement : Develop role-based training, SOPs, process maps, and quick guides. Facilitate super user forums, feedback loops, and measure adoption/ease of use. Qualifications:

5-8+ years managing or administering distribution ERP platforms, ideally including Infor CSD. Demonstrated ability to identify ERP-enabled process improvement opportunities and lead cross-functional stakeholders from discovery through implementation and sustainment. Proficiency creating a process map and the ability to translate business needs into clear configuration requirements. Experience with configuring and maintaining pricing records. Experience with configuring and maintaining special pricing agreements. Experience maintaining EDI processes/jobs, monitoring transactions, and working with our partners on new mappings and troubleshooting as needed. Comfortable with the concepts and practice of administering an ERP. Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders; ability to simplify complex workflows. Strong vendor/partner management (SOW, SLA, support tickets, backlog/prioritization) and project leadership.
