Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable individual to assist in meal preparation and student supervision in our elementary school cafeteria. This dual-role position includes working in the school kitchen during breakfast and lunch preparation, followed by supervising students during lunch periods to ensure a safe, orderly, and positive cafeteria environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation and cleanup of breakfast meals. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and serving areas. Help set up and break down the cafeteria for meal service. Monitor and assist students during lunch, promoting appropriate behavior and ensuring safety. Support students with opening containers, managing spills, and following cafeteria rules. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, school staff, and students.
