About the job QC Inspector
Were seeking a detail-oriented
Quality Control Inspector
to ensure that all manufactured pipe products meet strict quality and safety standards. This role is essential to maintaining compliance and delivering reliable products in a high-volume industrial setting.
Responsibilities:
Inspect pipe and metal components for defects, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with specifications Conduct visual and physical inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools Review blueprints and technical drawings to verify product conformity Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality checks Collaborate with production teams to identify and correct quality issues Perform pressure tests, ultrasonic tests, and other non-destructive testing methods Ensure adherence to industry standards and safety regulations Support continuous improvement initiatives and report recurring issues Requirements:
Previous experience in industrial quality control, preferably in pipe or metal fabrication Familiarity with inspection tools and techniques Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting Must be dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Schedule: Monday -Friday 6AM -4PM Sat as needed
