Manage all phases of concrete construction projects, from initiation to completion. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Ensure safety and compliance standards are adhered to on all job sites. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders. Address and resolve any challenges or issues that arise during projects. Oversee procurement of materials and coordinate logistics. Drive efficiency and ensure high-quality outcomes on all projects. Proven experience in managing concrete construction projects. Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively. Ability to develop and manage budgets and project timelines. Proficiency with project management software and tools.
