Garver is seeking a

Water Team Leader in Amarillo or Lubbock

to build and maintain a portfolio of profitable water, wastewater, and reuse projects in support of the

Texas

Water Services Team. The projects involve the study, planning, design, and implementation of infrastructure and treatment facilities for water and wastewater. This senior leadership position provides the opportunity for someone to run their own business within a business, with autonomy to focus on revenue growth and client development. Project responsibilities may include design and management of: Water conveyance and distribution, including pump stations and storage facilities Wastewater conveyance and collection, including lift stations and force mains Pipeline inspection and rehabilitation Water, Wastewater, Reuse master planning Water, Wastewater, Reuse treatment facilities

The successful Water Team Leader must be proficient in: Team Leadership:

develop, mentor, and oversee a motivated team. Project Management:

prepare scope-of-work and estimates; lead project execution within scope, budget, and schedule. Water/Wastewater:

deliver planning, design, bidding, and construction administration of infrastructure projects. Business Development:

establish and maintain client relationships and workload. Client Service Management:

develop a network of clients.

This role offers the chance to leverage Garver's established Texas Water Services Team and industry experts to support business growth. Mentorship from leadership will enable the Water Team Leader to impact Garvers legacy of quality service across Texas and neighboring states. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in civil, biological, chemical, mechanical, or environmental engineering from an ABET-accredited program. Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas or ability to reciprocity within 6 months. 8+ years in the water/wastewater utilities market with 3+ years in team leadership.

Preferred Skills: Passion for client service and the water industry. Strong work ethic and communication skills. Master's Degree in civil or environmental engineering from an ABET-accredited program.

Experience with technical presentations at state or national water/wastewater conferences is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
