Requirements Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited program 2-8 years' of transportation design experience Proficiency with Bentley products, particularly Microstation and OpenRoads Designer Familiarity with the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) Green Book, the Roadside Design Guide, and the Manual Uniform Traffic Control Device (MUTCD) Good interpersonal skills and a team-first mentality Effective written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Preferred Requirements/Skills
