Your role as a Full Stack Engineer supporting our Revenue Growth and Sales functions is to drive transformational change in how we drive profitable growth and consumer value through analytics. We focus on human-centered work and seek strong quantitative, consultative, and human insight skills to bring the holistic revenue picture to life. You will work cross-functionally with leaders in business units and analytics teammates to implement next-generation net revenue management analytic capabilities and act as a change agent to evolve and deploy insights and optimizations for revenue management into marketing, sales, and finance. You should be passionate about marketing, sales, data & analytics with a balanced mix of client-side experience/consulting, including a track record of using sales analytics to drive top-line revenue and profit growth for brands and customer teams. What you will do

Drive profitable growth via revenue management analytics covering trade promotion, pricing, mix management, and pack architecture. Conduct pricing and trade promotion measurement, optimization, predictive modeling, and ad hoc diagnostics. Lead price and promotion modeling from data QC and analysis to presentation and forecasting. Price & Promotion simulation Price/Promo modeling & Marketing mix modeling Trade Measurement & Evaluation Price Pack Architecture Occasion Brand Pack Price Consumer landscapes Consult business units to implement optimal trade and pricing strategy, proposing recommendations to improve margins and maximize profitability for each brand. Create long-term, strategic pricing recommendations and help build plans for pricing and trade promotion tactical execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, sales planning, customer teams, and finance to influence win-win decisions around revenue growth. Partner closely with sales planning and customer teams to develop holistic, actionable recommendations taking business strategy and customer plans into account. Develop associated KPIs to track and measure results. Develop, test, and improve scalable analytic capabilities to measure and optimize revenue management across the enterprise. Deliver those capabilities into the hands of business partners. Promote clear and transparent principles that enable in-market activation with retail customers. Econometric modeling Purchase structures/Consumer Decision Trees Optimizers/Simulators Ability to transform data, build statistical models, and create predictive simulations using PYTHON/SQL/SPSS. Advanced Excel skills required. Enable enterprise-wide capability through benchmarking, meta-analysis, and training. Provide trade promotion and pricing thought-leadership and leverage industry best practices, technology, and trends. What we look for

Bachelors degree or higher in analytics, business, marketing, finance, economics, or other relevant quantitative field. MS or MBA strongly preferred. Data Architecture skills required 7+ years of relevant experiences with bachelors degree. 5+ years of relevant experiences with graduate degree. Proven experience in retail sales analytics and internal or client-facing business consulting involving strategic pricing and retail trade promotion. CPG experience strongly preferred. Self-starter with the thought leadership, business acumen, and consultative skills to build shared interest and drive action. Hands-on experience with pricing and promotion analysis, marketing mix models (MMM), and IRI/Nielsen data. Retail category management, price pack architecture, or mix management is a plus. Presence, credibility, and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders including business unit leaders, sales planning, retail customer teams, marketing, and finance through provocative dialog. Strong communication. Ability to translate complex data into succinct, actionable insights for business unit and function leaders. Ability to transform data, build statistical models, and create predictive simulations using tools like R/SQL/SAS. Advanced Excel skills required. Effective storytelling with data visualization. Experience with Tableau or Power BI. Motivated by success and passionate about achieving results. Persists in the face of difficulties and ambiguity, maintaining optimism and tenacity. Zone A: $128,000 - $252,200 Zone B: $117,400 - $231,200 Zone C: $106,700 - $210,200 All ranges are subject to change in the future.
