Project Manager

DMS International is seeking a Project Manager to provide leadership, strategic guidance, and oversight for a complex, multi-faceted contract effort. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the project team and will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of all contractual requirements. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with strong credentials in project and program management, business process reengineering, and executive-level client engagement. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and oversight for complex executive-level projects involving initiative management, strategic planning, and business transformation Direct all phases of project execution, ensuring completion within scope, schedule, and resource constraints Manage interdisciplinary teams and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with contract requirements and objectives Review project deliverables for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with client expectations and contractual standards Read, interpret, and apply government policies, regulations, and directives as they relate to project execution and deliverables Serve as the primary point of contact with executive-level client personnel, providing updates, resolving issues, and maintaining transparent communication Deliver executive coaching and advisory support to senior stakeholders as needed Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes Ensure adherence to performance metrics, reporting protocols, and quality standards as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, DHS Mid-Level Project Management certification, or an equivalent project management credential Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, or 12 years with a Master's degree or higher in Engineering, Business, or a related field Proven ability to lead high-complexity projects in federal or commercial environments Expertise in initiative management, business process development, and strategic business planning Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and deliver under tight deadlines Strong communication skillsboth written and verbalwith experience briefing executive-level clients Experience delivering executive-level coaching and advisory services U.S. Citizenship required Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance Classification: TBD Location: Remote
