Project Controls Analyst
to bring precision, insight, and leadership to complex datacenter and capital projects. This hybrid role provides the flexibility of remote work with the impact of on-site collaboration. What You’ll Be Doing
Cost & Schedule Management Develop, maintain, and update detailed project cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses. Build and track project schedules, including critical path analysis and schedule risk assessments. Support project managers with earned value analysis, performance reporting, and change management tracking. Update resource- and cost-loaded schedules to ensure accurate allocation of budgets and manpower. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cost and schedule performance. Prepare and present data-driven reports for leadership, highlighting risks, variances, and actionable insights. Partner with project teams to ensure forecasts align with key project activities and milestones. Compliance & Documentation Ensure adherence to company standards, procedures, and industry best practices in project controls. Maintain project documentation, cost tracking, and schedule archives to meet enterprise guidelines. What You Bring
5+ years of direct experience
in cost and schedule controls for large capital projects. Strong background working on
datacenters
or related industries such as utilities, energy infrastructure, manufacturing facilities, or large-scale construction projects. Proficiency with project controls tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, cost management software). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to distill insights for technical and non-technical audiences. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field (preferred). Why Join
