ProSidian seeks a Senior Level HR Generalist | HR Generalist [COC0051050] for program support on a exempt 1099 contract: no overtime pay basis contract contingent located CONUS - Charlotte, NC across the Mid Atlantic Region supporting strategic delivery of government and public services sector human capital solutions through temporary help services and recruiting/staff augmentation capabilities for the City of Charlotte (COC). Seeking senior level HR generalist candidates with relevant government and public services sector experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for government and public services sector clients such as COC. This is a contract contingent or contract W-2 (IRS-1099) HR generalist functional area professional - staffing augmentation and recruiting services position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a full-time ProSidian employed W-2 position. Provide services and support as a staffing augmentation and recruiting services (senior level HR generalist) in the government and public services industry sector focusing on human capital solutions for clients such as City of Charlotte (COC) | Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA) generally located in CONUS - Charlotte, NC and across the mid-atlantic region (of country/world). Partner with department heads to design workforce strategies. Lead performance management cycles and succession planning. Analyze HR metrics to recommend policy or staffing changes. Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters. Ensure compliance with municipal, state, and federal employment laws. Desired qualifications for senior level HR generalist | HR generalist [COC0051050] (COC0051050) candidates: Proven track record in HR leadership and strategic planning. Education / experience requirements / qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field; master's preferred. 7+ years progressive HR experience, with public sector exposure. Skills required: Strategic planning, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, analytical skills. Competencies required: Leadership, business acumen, influencing skills, problem solving.
