Seeking Senior Level Benefits Coordinator candidates with relevant Government And Public Services Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Government And Public Services Sector Clients such as COC. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Benefits Coordinator Functional Area Professional - Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. Provide services and support as a Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services (Senior Level Benefits Coordinator) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as City of Charlotte (COC) | Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA) Generally Located In CONUS - Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World). RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

- Senior Level Benefits Coordinator | Benefits Coordinator [COC0055054] Oversee payroll team and daily payroll processing. Implement and maintain payroll policies and procedures. Audit payroll records and resolve discrepancies. Coordinate with HR and finance for benefits, deductions, and tax compliance. Prepare reports for audits and budget planning. Desired Qualifications For Senior Level Benefits Coordinator | Benefits Coordinator [COC0055054] (COC0055054) Candidates: Management experience in payroll operations. Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, HR, or related field preferred. 5+ years payroll experience, including supervisory responsibility. Skills Required Payroll software proficiency, leadership, analytical skills. Competencies Required Integrity, accuracy, compliance knowledge. Ancillary Details Of The Roles Leads payroll system upgrades and process improvements. Serves as liaison during external payroll audits. Other Details Oversees multi-department payroll coordination.
