About this role: We are seeking a Bilingual Skilled Trades Recruiter to join our team onsite in Fort Worth, TX. This individual will focus on sourcing, recruiting, and hiring skilled field employees (electricians, apprentices, and other construction professionals). The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, understands the construction/electrical workforce, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruiting for field positions including electricians, apprentices, and skilled labor. Source candidates through job boards, referrals, community outreach, trade schools, and industry networks. Conduct candidate screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions with hiring managers. Build strong relationships with field employees, foremen, and supervisors to understand staffing needs. Attend job fairs, community events, and workforce programs to promote career opportunities. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs. Partner with HR to support onboarding, new hire orientations, and workforce integration. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations during recruitment processes. Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide hiring reports as needed.
