Are you an Assistant Manager ready for the next step in your career? Current Property Assistant looking to grow your career? Commercial Property Managment company is looking to add an Assistant Property Manager to their San Diego portfolio. Position will be overseeing day to day responsibilities including accounting/financial reporting for an office portfolio. Position will be based out of the Kearny Mesa area with a great team! This position is temporary with potential for hire.
Responsibilities:
Communicating with current and potential tenants
Managing vendor relations and selecting new vendors as needed
Managing tenant improvement and CapX improvement projects
Determining and managing portfolio budget
Creating variance reporting
Processing tenant move in and move outs
Creating the property budget
Communicating with leasing team on tenant changes
Overseeing coding invoices and rent collections for properties
Posting to the GL
Working with external Accountant for various backup and reporting
Managing all compliance for vendors
Selecting vendors for various specialty projects
Generating monthly and quarterly reporting
Assisting VP with various projects
Special Skills:
Ability to work with all types of personalities

Willing to learn and be proactive
Requirements:
3+ years in commercial Property Management, can be heavy APM experience, or APM/PM combination
Advanced Word and Excel
BS or BA desired
