Description: Design and implement scalable solutions on SAP BTP using ABAP, CAPM, and OData. Work with SAP components such as BAS, Fiori, Workzone, and CPI. Integrate SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC) with external platforms via APIs and middleware. Develop and enhance ABAP objects: BAPIs, BADIs, workflows, etc. Build cloud-native apps using CAPM, CDS views, and Fiori Elements. Optimize performance and maintainability of code. Use Java and JavaScript for service logic and UI customization. Experience with Node.js runtimes and Python for scripting or automation (nice to have). Lead SAP BTP projects and provide technical mentoring to team members. Promote best practices in SAP cloud development. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define solution requirements. Present architectural strategies and technical options clearly. Drive innovation using new SAP cloud capabilities (CAPM, BAS, CI/CD). Recommend and implement development process improvements. Requirements:
Strong ABAP development experience (15+ years preferred) 3+ years in SAP BTP with hands-on CAPM, CDS, Node.js Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP CPI, and integration techniques Java/JavaScript skills required; Python is a plus Proven experience leading SAP projects and cloud transformation efforts Agile methodology and CI/CD knowledge SAP certifications in ABAP, BTP, or CAPM preferred SAP S/4HANA migration or upgrade projects Familiarity with SAP BAS, Fiori Elements, and microservices architecture Experience with DevOps tools (Jira, Confluence, Git, etc.) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT
