SAP - SuccessFactors Employee Central - Senior - Location OPEN. EY is seeking a proactive SAP Technical Senior to join our SuccessFactors team. This role focuses on leveraging SAP technology to address client needs with a business-centered approach, spanning strategy, user experience, processes, and operational impact. Location: Anywhere in Country Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the final product meets their needs. Design and develop user interfaces that are functional and enhance user experience across mobile, web, and tablet platforms. Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications that support business objectives. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and strong business acumen. Deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risk, and keep key stakeholders informed about progress and outcomes. Collaborate with, manage, and develop offshore resources as well as on-shore staff and peers in other SuccessFactors modules. Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Qualifications

Bachelors degree (4-year). Typically 2-4 years of relevant experience. Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central. SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central Core. Experience with at least two full-cycle implementations of Employee Central. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills. Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies. Capability to provide industry insights and best practices; identify and understand cross-functional impacts within SuccessFactors. Proficiency in analyzing client processes and mapping them to configurations and functionality. Knowledge of SuccessFactors reporting and ability to develop reports to support compensation processes. Flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs (travel estimated at 40-60%). Ideally, youll also have

Prior consulting industry experience. SuccessFactors Employee Central experience, including: Proficiency in EC configuration, managing Foundation and MDF Objects, data models (standard and country-specific), Position Management, Employment Structures, and EC-specific workflows, with understanding of effective dating, UI rules, security, and global requirements. Skills in Business Rules, Workflows, and Security Management; ability to write and troubleshoot complex business rules, design dynamic multi-step workflows, and implement Role-Based Permissions (RBP) for custom MDF objects and field-level security. Experience in Data Handling, Reporting, and Testing, including data migration, ad-hoc reporting and canvas tools, and developing test plans to validate EC functionality. Leadership experience in discovery and fit-gap sessions, translating business needs into scalable EC solutions, and collaborating across modules and integrations using SAP best practices. Understanding of end-to-end implementation phases, including cutover planning, knowledge transfer, hyper-care, and ongoing optimization, utilizing Admin Alerts and Health Check for continual improvement.
