[Job ID: 767076] Responsibilities: Handle and operate measurement and detection equipment used in military and homeland security applications. Attend to sales product enquiries; manage post-sales delivery, installation and setup of equipment. Perform regular preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and diagnostic analysis for repair and service work. Reinforce and maintain strong relationships with existing key customers. Prepare basic service and technical reports to management and clients. Perform IT software installation, configuration, and updates on systems and equipment. Provide on-site technical support when required and stand-by duty support. Any other ad hoc duties assigned by management. Requirements: Higher Nitec / Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or relevant discipline. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience handling equipment/machinery, including B2B technical sales and on-site troubleshooting or maintenance Strong IT skills in software installation, network setup and configuration.
