Product Application Specialist [Medical Devices | Cardiology | Ventilator]

[Job ID: 994115] Responsibilities: Provide support to customers and sales team on all product and application related requirements. Attend to all product-related enquiries. Plan and provide regular product updates, product, and application training to customers of the assigned account/territory. Provide consultation on product configuration, solutions, and applications to customers/end users including clinicians, doctors, Biomed, etc. Provide product demonstrations, product training, and educate customers about product features, functions, and benefits. Support sales manager on projects and tender specifications by reviewing and proposing solutions to comply with project and tender requirements. Provide end-user product and application training, including scheduling, preparation of training materials, quick guides, and other customer requirements. Support project delivery and installation, including product setting/parameters and configuration as per customer requirements. Collaborate with IT/engineering, logistics, and commercial teams for product commissioning and delivery according to customer needs. Provide technical and service support for assigned customers/territory, including warranty and post-warranty product servicing and preventive maintenance. Deliver product technical and service training to assigned customers. Perform project standby duties for trial, post-sales, and warranty support as required. Undertake any duties required or directed vital to achieving company goals. Handle other ad-hoc assignments as needed. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the medical device business. Experience in Patient Monitoring, Cardiology, or Ventilator-related products.
