Summary - (6 Month Contract to Hire REMOTE) Responsible for providing technical leadership to a team of RPA developers designing and building Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath. The person will work with business stakeholders to understand processes, build solutions, and perform user acceptance testing. Regular demos and iterative delivery are essential. Responsibilities Provide guidance on process design, support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions. Design, develop, and test automation workflows. Deploy RPA components, including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools. Create process and end-user documentation, ensuring quality of automation. Identify effective workarounds for UiPath limitations, especially with Citrix. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners, and other teams to deliver impactful projects. Work directly with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into technical designs. Coordinate with development teams for proper implementation and integration. Support deployments and troubleshoot production issues, including participation in on-call rotations as needed. Knowledge/Skills UiPath Certified Professional Automation Solution Architect is required. Hands-on experience with RPA tools and cognitive platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc., with UiPath experience preferred. Basic programming knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages. Ability to create technical specifications for RPA projects. Experience developing and consuming APIs. Experience with Agile methodologies. Knowledge of databases (SQL or NoSQL) is preferred. Understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts. Familiarity with workflow-based logic. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical details to non-technical audiences. Self-motivated, independent worker with initiative. Experience with GIT source control, branching, and merging. Minimum four years of RPA development experience using UiPath. Minimum seven years of programming experience in languages such as C/C++, Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, or web technologies including APIs. Experience working in an Agile environment. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
