lobbying regulations, and the
Foreign Agents Registration Act
(FARA)
Prior experience at the
Federal Election Commission
or
in a
comparable law firm environment
Demonstrated excellence in
legal research, drafting, and regulatory analysis

Advise clients on

Federal Election Commission ,
Department of Justice ,
congressional ethics committees , and
state regulatory agencies
Conduct
compliance reviews
and develop
internal policies

Provide guidance on

requirements
Support clients in responding to
investigations ,
audits , and
enforcement actions

Base Salary:
$235,000-$310,000
annually, as determined by experience and market factors
