TECHNICAL SKILLS

Must Have

• 5+ years experience on ServiceNow platform
• Quality Assurance testing experience with qTest and CI/CD pipeline integration
• Test automation experience with API tools like SOAPUI Pro, Postman, etc.
• Test automation experience with Katalon Studio
• Test automation experience with ServiceNow ATF
• Test automation experience with WebDriver.IO

Job Summary:

The QA and Testing Specialist will be responsible for testing and participating in developing and establishing quality assurance standards. Additionally, the Specialist will be accountable for performing tests on software applications to isolate and solve issues, including initiating tests, analyzing results, and finding solutions to technical problems. This individual will gather and analyze data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Accurately design test plans on software applications based on business requirements and technical specifications
• Build and execute automated testing scripts in support of the test plans
• Effectively identify software failures so that defects may be discovered and corrected, be proactive in documenting anomalies and issues and maintain database of software defects
• Carefully verify specific action or function of code through functional testing and load testing
• Actively ensure compliance with general programming best practices, accepted web standards and those standards set forth in documented policy and procedure
• Contribute and actively participate in application security audits
• Maintain and ensure data integrity standards
• Create written documentation and procedures for application testing and compliance
• Debug test environment, automate sprints, and develop testing scenarios

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA
• Experienced with end-user testing, usability testing, software and web application testing, Java/JSP or C#/ASP, PHP, or other programming languages and applications
