Job Title: UAT/ QA Tester
Location: Cincinnati, OH

Key Skills

Mandatory Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform
  • Quality Assurance testing experience with qTest and CI/CD pipeline integration
  • Test automation experience with API tools like SOAPUI Pro, Postman, etc.
  • Test automation experience with Katalon Studio
  • Test automation experience with ServiceNow ATF
  • Test automation experience with WebDriver.IO

Desirable Skills:

  • Digital AI
  • Experience in ETL testing with good SQL skills
  • Python

Job Responsibilities

The QA and Testing Specialist will be responsible for initiating and participating in developing and establishing quality assurance standards. The Specialist will also be accountable for performing tests on software applications to isolate and solve issues, including initiating tests, analyzing results, and finding solutions to technical problems.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Accurately design test plans on software applications based on business requirements and technical specifications
  • Build and execute automated testing scripts in support of the test plans
  • Effectively identify software failures and document anomalies and issues
  • Verify specific actions or functions of code through functional testing and load testing
  • Ensure compliance with general programming best practices, accepted web standards, and documented policy and procedure
  • Contribute to application security audits
  • Maintain data integrity standards
  • Create written documentation and procedures for application testing and compliance
  • Debug test environment, automate sprints, and develop testing scenarios

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA
  • Experience with end-user testing, usability testing, software and web application testing, Java/JSP or C#/ASP, PHP, or other programming languages and applications
