Andale Construction is seeking a highly organized, professional, and friendly Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients, vendors, and visitors. The ideal candidate will manage front desk responsibilities, provide administrative support, and help maintain a smooth, efficient office environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Job Summary: The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and welcoming clients, visitors, and employees, answering and directing phone calls, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services
  • Assist with general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for replenishment
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Support HR, accounting, and operations departments with clerical tasks as requested
  • Ensure all safety and security protocols for the front office are followed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree preferred)
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role (construction industry experience a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Friendly, positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Work Environment:

This position operates in a professional office environment within a construction company. The receptionist may interact with field staff, contractors, and clients, requiring excellent communication and coordination skills.
