About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented professional to serve as the first point of contact for our office. This role combines front desk responsibilities with light office coordination to ensure the workplace runs smoothly and provides a welcoming experience for employees and visitors.Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and manage general email inquiries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and common areas
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office supplies
- Coordinate meeting room scheduling and assist with basic event setup
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed (e.g., printing, filing, data entry)
- Liaise with building management and vendors for facilities requests
- Assist with onboarding tasks for new hires (badges, desk setup, welcome packets)
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of administrative, receptionist, or office support experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace and basic office equipment
- Professional, positive, and reliable demeanor
- Full-time, onsite role
- Office hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
