LHH is hiring for Recruiter roles which are available in Goldsboro, NC, offering annual salaries between $55,000 and $85,000 with fully onsite work arrangements. The positions focus on full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing, and corporate professional roles to meet workforce needs.
Workforce Recruiter
The Workforce Recruiter manages full-cycle recruitment for the Goldsboro site, focusing on sourcing and hiring for hourly manufacturing roles to meet the plant’s workforce needs.
Corporate Recruiter
The Corporate Professional Recruiter handles full-cycle recruitment for corporate roles, sourcing and hiring candidates for positions in areas such as Engineering, Sales, IT, Marketing, Operations, and HR across all experience levels.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in full cycle recruiting: sourcing, recruiting, phone screens, interviewing, tours and scheduling
- Assist to source candidates and provide resumes to business partners
- Develop and maintain job descriptions
- Ensure the accuracy and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process
- Act as a main contact for new hire communications
- Conduct hourly new hire orientations, as required
- Evaluate employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referrals
- Maintain recruiting tracking processes
- Post jobs internally, externally and on various recruiting sites
- Attend career fairs and job fairs
- Foster relationship with local schools or agencies for recruiting initiatives
- Support HR team efforts to continually improve processes and our customer experience
- Embrace and model the values of trustworthiness and searching for excellence in everything we do
- Coordinate and plan employee events
- Assist with projects, employee relations and labor relations
- Assist HR management in the development, revision, and implementation of streamlined processes, procedures and administrative practices
- Conduct termination processes including exit interviews, survey distribution, analysis and follow up and delivery of post termination information to associate
- Perform regular and ad hoc reporting on items such as headcount, attrition, turnover, attendance, and performance/development objectives
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Ability to act in an action oriented manner and drive for exceptional results
- Ability to communicate with employees and management at all levels effectively
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of an HRIS system preferred
- Ability to use ATS systems
- Knowledge of HR law (FMLA, FLSA, HIPAA, etc.) preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Process and problem solving skills
- Adaptable to change and work in a fast paced environment
- Work with sensitive material
- Meeting commitments with the highest standard of ethics and integrity
- Ability to travel up to 5%
Education and Experience
Required Education / Experience
- Associates Degree in Human Resources, or Business Management with 2-3 years recruiting experience for industrial manufacturing roles
Preferred Education / Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Business Management with 3 years or more experience recruiting for industrial manufacturing roles
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
