The ideal candidate is passionate about recruitment, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to leverage AI tools to optimize hiring outcomes. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to fill a variety of roles—from frontline delivery drivers to mid-level operations and finance professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for entry to mid-level roles: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Use AI tools (e.g., CoPilot, ChatGPT) to enhance sourcing, screening, and market mapping.
  • Maintain a requisition load of ~25 roles monthly, with expected growth of 30–40%.
  • Build Boolean and semantic search strings to identify top talent across platforms.
  • Create and present recruiting dashboards and analytics to track KPIs such as time-to-fill, submittals-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Implement automation-first scheduling and communication workflows to streamline the candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBPs to align on role requirements and improve hiring efficiency.
  • Support stay-interview programs and early-tenure retention strategies.
  • Provide market intelligence and candidate insights to influence hiring decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an agency or RPO setting.
  • Proven experience using AI platforms in day-to-day recruiting (e.g., sourcing, screening, funnel diagnostics).
  • Healthcare industry experience highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to build and interpret recruiting metrics.
  • Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and calendar automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with a focus on outcomes.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • A passion for innovation and continuous improvement in recruiting practices.
  • A collaborative spirit and a “lead with heart” approach to candidate and client interactions.
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability for hiring success.
  • A creative mindset for solving sourcing challenges and improving candidate engagement.
