We are seeking a Legal Recruiter to fill a crucial national talent acquisition role, focusing on securing top Personal Injury Attorneys for our growing firm.
The Job:
- Compliance: All recruiting interactions MUST be entered into the applicant tracking system at all times
- Specialized: You will be recruiting for Personal Injury Attorneys and Litigation Paralegals
- Buy-in: You will speak with hiring managers daily, in person, to update them on job requisitions and candidates
- Negotiate: You will negotiate compensation packages with candidates
- Offers: You will work with the HR team to create and extend job offers to candidates
What we seek from you:
- Experience in recruiting within a legal setting is a MUST
- High-volume phone calls with daily, weekly, and monthly metric KPI expectations
- Professionalism at the highest level-You will be representing our firm to its future leaders
- Operate with high urgency, dependability, confidentiality, and drive for success
- Able to recruit in multi-state environments
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize leadership needs
- Create a positive candidate experience through the entire recruiting process
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a direct-hire recruiter
- 2+ years recruiting in a legal environment
- Past applicant tracking system use is required. JazzHR knowledge is a plus
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred for this role but not required
Total Compensation Package:
- Salary plus annual bonus ~ Depending on experience
