The Job:
We are seeking a Recruiter to fill a crucial national talent acquisition role, focusing on securing top Personal Injury Attorneys for our growing firm.
- Compliance: All recruiting interactions must be entered into the applicant tracking system at all times.
- Specialized: You will be recruiting for Personal Injury Attorneys and Litigation Paralegals.
- Buy-in: You will speak with hiring managers daily, in person, to update them on job requisitions and candidates.
- Negotiate: You will negotiate compensation packages with candidates.
- Offers: You will work with the HR team to create and extend job offers to candidates.
What we seek from you:
- Experience in recruiting leadership roles is a MUST.
- High‑volume phone calls with daily, weekly, and monthly metric KPI expectations.
- Professionalism at the highest level – you will be representing our firm to its future leaders.
- Operate with high urgency, dependability, confidentiality, and drive for success.
- Able to recruit in multi‑state environments.
- Strong time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize leadership needs.
- Create a positive candidate experience through the entire recruiting process.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a direct‑hire recruiter.
- 2+ years recruiting leadership roles at the corporate level.
- Past applicant tracking system use is required; JazzHR knowledge is a plus.
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred for this role but not required.
Total Compensation Package:
- Salary plus annual bonus ~ depending on experience.
