We are seeking a proactive and resourceful HR Generalist. This role will provide comprehensive support across multiple areas of Human Resources, including employee relations, recruitment, benefits, compliance, and HRIS administration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, people-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations.
  • Support recruitment efforts, including posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding.
  • Administer employee benefits, answer employee questions, and coordinate open enrollment.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
  • Partner with leadership to implement HR initiatives that support business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist capacity
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, etc.)
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Pay Details: $58,000.00 to $68,000.00 per year
