Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with union work environments and collective bargaining agreements.
