KPMG is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our International Office of General Counsel (IOGC), part of KPMG International.
Responsibilities Provide administrative support to approximately fourteen lawyers in the United States, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging meeting rooms, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing expense reporting
Monitor functional mailboxes, triage incoming emails for legal review, and track the status of matters allocated to lawyers
Prepare and/or edit legal documents, presentations, meeting agendas, action items, and correspondence
Coordinate with the global procurement team for software/services, block hotel bookings for meetings, and engage third-party facilitators and speakers
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders across the world, including other KPMG International groups and suppliers
Coordinate and support special projects and events as needed
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG\'s respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications Minimum five years of recent experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a legal environment
Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
Strong organizational, time management, written, and oral communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat
Significant experience in formatting and editing legal documents and presentations; ability to work independently and in a team
Commitment to self-development, including learning AI technology such as Microsoft Copilot; experience with Coupa source-to-contract and Concur travel and expense applications preferred
