Location: Rockville, MD (Primary Work Location) Salary Range: $65,000 – $75,000, depending on experience Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package, free parking We are seeking a highly organized and proactive ExecutiveAssistant to provide direct support to our President & CEO. In this pivotalrole, you will coordinate communications, daily operations, and key projects insupport of the President &CEO. You will also play a crucial part insupporting board meeting preparation, calendar management, corporatecommunications, and document management. Key Responsibilities: Managethe CEO’s calendar, logistics for events and meetings, and track expenses Prepareagendas and materials for meetings, including occasional note taking Draftand distribute approved communications on behalf of the CEO to the board,leadership team, partners, funders, and stakeholders Trackand coordinate memos, documents, and materials requiring CEOapproval/signature, ensuring proper documentation is included Supportquarterly and committee board meetings: scheduling, preparing agendas,distributing materials, providing logistical support, drafting minutes,and updating board databases Coordinateand curate materials for new board member orientations and annual updates Assistwith annual and quarterly reports to the Archdiocese of Washington andgrant funders SupportCEO outreach to communities, residents, employees, supporters, and otherstakeholders—including presentations and newsletter content Collaborateacross departments on special projects and provide additional support asassigned Desired Skills and Qualities: Soundjudgment with the highest respect for confidentiality Detail-orientedwith strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-pacedenvironment Excellentproblem-solving and analytical skills Collaborative,customer-service oriented, and deadline-driven Interestin affordable housing, senior living, law, policy, planning, or realestate development (preferred) Required Qualifications: Bachelor’sdegree with at least 2 years of professional experience, or Associatedegree with at least 5 years of experience Demonstratedexcellence in administrative, project management, and organizationalskills, with attention to detail and accuracy Outstandingverbal and written communication skills, including writing, editing, andpresentation development Strongcomputer skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe, contact databases) Abilityto travel locally within DC/MD as needed Why Join Victory Housing?
