URGENTLY HIRING | Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Attorney | Base + Uncapped Commissions | Trial Exposure | People-First Culture | Orange County - Hybrid | Up to $350k

We Are Legal Revolution provided pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $400,000.00/yr

The Role

Manage a plaintiff personal injury docket end-to-end (intake, strategy, discovery, motion practice, mediations, trial prep/trial).

• Areas: Auto, trucking, catastrophic injuries, wrongful deaths etc
• Take and defend depositions (fact & expert); draft and argue substantive motions.
• Collaborate closely with the principal; help move files decisively and deliver results for clients.
• Up to $350k package inc commissions and origination

Requirements

• 8–10+ years plaintiff Personal Injury litigation preferred; will consider 5+ years if you can independently run multiple cases cradle-to-grave.
• Strong depos, brief-writing, and courtroom skills; trial experience ideal.
• California bar; business-development mindset a plus (and rewarded).
