Job Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of QuickBooks, general ledger, account and bank reconciliations, budgeting, accounting software (Aspire)
• Experience with Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Financial statement preparation & financial reporting
• Prepare & examine accounting records, taxes & other financial reports
• Create invoices and related billing tasks
• Assist Administrator in business operations
• Support and train bookkeepers in Payroll processing

Qualifications:

• 3 years previous accounting experience required
• Public Accounting experience desired
• AP/AR experience
• QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Expertise with accounting software & reporting tools
• Communicative with strong people skills & ability to interact with all levels
