Position Description:
JTEC Consulting is hiring an Airline Depot Maintenance Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support aircraft maintenance operations, systems, and processes at the depot level. This role will oversee and support Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) systems and ensure that all processes are running efficiently and effectively to support depot operations. Qualified candidates will have expertise with modern aviation maintenance solutions and experience working on-site at a depot addressing complex system challenges and workflows to ensure efficient maintenance operations. Experience working with Impresa MRO software is highly preferred.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Leveragein-depth knowledge of aircraft maintenance systems to support maintenance operations at the depot level
• Oversee and optimize MRO systems to ensure smooth and effective operations
• Address complex challenges and streamline workflows to support maintenance operations
• Utilize Impresa software to effectively navigate system and optimize system features
• Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities
• Provide analysis and troubleshooting for issue resolution
• Implement best practices to drive continuous improvements with maintenance procedures

• US citizenship; no dual citizenship
• Current DoD security clearance at Secret level or Public Trust at IT2 level eligible for Secret
• Bachelor's degree
• 4-10 years of aircraft maintenance systems experience
  • Senior Level: 10+ years of related experience supporting airline depot maintenance systems and operationsincluding4+ years of overall experience recognized as an aviation systems SME
  • Mid Level: 4+ years of demonstrated expertise and recognized as an aviation systems SME supporting on-site depot operations
• Demonstrated success and technical expertise supporting airline maintenance systems, improving workflows, and driving continuous improvements in maintenance procedures
• Ability to assess customer needs and translate them into actionable business solutions
• Ability to analyze information, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolutions
• Experience working with MRO
• Ability to lead discussions, communicate effectively, and collaborate across teams
• Prior leadership experience
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to successfully interact with a blended government and contractor team

• Experience working with Impresa MRO software is preferred
• Prior experience supporting OCM activities is a plus
